At the ATPA we are firmly convinced that one of the great advantages of arbitration lies in the appointment of arbitrators best suited to the circumstances of the particular case, according to its nature, complexity and the technical demands of the case.

For that reason, we do not have a closed list of arbitrators, but rather, in the absence of any agreement between the parties, we appoint individuals whose profile best fits the specific requirements of the dispute at stake.
